Monthly pricing depends on whether you need a part-time or full-time VA. Share your preference in the order form or during a FREE Discovery Call, and we'll recommend the best fit for your business.
You pay Intayon VA directly through our Client Portal using PayPal or Wise, and we handle all payments to your VA.
For project-based tasks, hours must be used within the agreed period. Monthly contracts do not include hour rollovers.
You may request additional hours directly with your VA, and we’ll adjust billing if approved.

You’ll receive 2–3 pre-vetted VA candidates within 3–10 business days after submitting your request and onboarding fee.

Our VAs follow Philippine holidays unless agreed otherwise. Breaks are not charged unless they fall within active working time.
Yes, confidentiality is a priority. We recommend clients sign NDAs with VAs, and we ensure secure handling of your data.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel anytime with a 7-day notice. No refunds for the current billing cycle, but services will continue until the end of the paid term.
