Services
Intayon VA provides managed Filipino virtual assistant outsourcing services, including admin support, social media management, graphic design, video editing, CRM support, web design, SEO, lead generation, and eCommerce assistance.
Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate information during onboarding and when requested.
Pay all applicable fees promptly as per your selected package.
Manage your VA’s daily tasks and project assignments.
Maintain clear communication with your assigned VA.
Payments and Fees
An onboarding fee of $200 per VA placement is due upfront.
Monthly fees for full-time, part-time, or project-based services are billed in advance.
Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or Wise.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
VA Replacement and Cancellations
If your VA is unable to continue or is not a good fit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
You may cancel services at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Payments already made are non-refundable but services will continue until the end of the paid period.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the service engagement. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Any content, designs, or materials created by VAs under your instructions belong to you upon full payment, except pre-existing materials owned by Intayon VA or the VA.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intayon VA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
You breach these Terms.
Payments are not made as agreed.
Activities violate any laws or are deemed harmful to our agency.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
