Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Mel Casinillo, a digital marketing and systems expert with a background in Computer Science. I started my journey as a virtual assistant back in 2019, working with international clients across different industries such as digital marketing, automation, and project management.
Throughout my career, I realized the power of efficient systems in business operations, which led me to create my own website tools specially designed for staffing agencies. This inspired me to start Intayon VA – a place where I can combine my love for technology, systems, and empowering fellow Filipinos with meaningful work opportunities.
I was born in Isabela, Philippines, where our main language is Ilocano. That’s why I chose the name Intayon, which means “Let’s Go” in Ilocano. It perfectly reflects our agency’s spirit of teamwork, progress, and proactive service to move your business forward together.
Today, I continue to innovate and am actively creating my own web app to enhance our services and provide even better solutions for our clients and VAs.
